Comprehensive Waelz Plant Structure

A complete Waelz plant consists of three core systems:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Dusts, sludges, filter cakes, and other zinc-bearing materials are stored in sealed silos or covered bunkers before controlled feeding into the process line.
